Reflective Evaluation Personal Business Letter

Directions: Write your teacher a Personal Business Letter using some of the questions below to guide your thought process. DO NOT write the question in your paragraphs. Instead, write your responses using COMPLETE sentences. (See sample document on our Wiki Space at http://rmp-bct8.wikispaces.com). Remember to use correct spelling, capitalization, grammar, and punctuation. Most importantly, be honest with yourself and your teacher. It's okay to be open and honest but be tactful!

Requirements:
  • Documents must be typed.
  • Remember to practice proper letter formatting and spacing as previously mentioned in the podcast.
  • Your letter must include all the parts of a Personal Business Letter studied and mentioned in the podcast. NOTE: The inside address can be found on our class wiki space.
  • Document must be printed prior to coming to class.
  • Letter should be presentable and not wrinkled.

Questions that may be used to guide writing:
1. What things are going well in this class?
2. What things would like to see changed in this class (that are within school policy)?
3. What activities were or are most difficult for you in this class? Explain why.
4. What activities did or do you enjoy in this class?
5. What activities would help you learn better in this class (that are within school policy)?
6. What have you learned in this class so far?
7. What do you like most about this class? What do you like least? Explain.
8. On a scale on 1 – 5 with 5 being the highest, how would you rate the teacher and the class? Explain your reasoning for the rate you chose.
9. Feel free to share any other comments or feedback?
